1. *Booking and Payment:*
– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel supplier.
– Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation.
– Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

2. *Cancellation and Refunds:*
– Cancellations after receiving payment will not be entertained.
– Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier for Air Tickets Only . Processing times for refunds may vary.

3. *Travel Documents:*
– It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are obtained and valid for travel.
– The travel agent will not be liable for any expenses, loss, or inconvenience caused due to inadequate travel documentation.

4. *Travel Insurance:*
– We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.

5. *Changes and Amendments:*
– Any changes or amendments after booking may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
– Clients must notify the travel agent promptly of any changes or amendments to their travel plans.

6. *Responsibility:*
– The travel agent acts as an intermediary between the client and travel suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
– We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

7. *Health and Safety:*
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for taking necessary health precautions.
– The travel agent will not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss arising from the client’s failure to adhere to health and safety recommendations.

8. *Force Majeure:*
– The travel agent shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.

9. *Complaints and Disputes:*
– Any complaints or disputes regarding travel services should be raised with the travel agent promptly to allow for resolution.
– In the event of unresolved disputes, clients may seek recourse through applicable consumer protection laws or arbitration.

Clients are advised to carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before booking any travel services. By engaging the services of the travel agent, clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
